New board advice

Post by tronch » Thursday 27 January 2022, 21:51

Hi everybody

I'm an snowboarder since 20 years, riding a pogo impact board since 10 years

Due to my age, I can manage anymore this board and thinking to buy a new one.

I ask all the experts here what you'll recommend me in the following conditions, board and bindings (step in)

Age 59
High 1,90m
Weigth: 102 Kg

Hard boots Deeluxe

Expert snowboarder but aged.

Want an easy carving board but for hard boots and automatic bindings

Thanks in advance for your ideas

Welcome to the forum tronch. :hello:

I nearly have the same specs as you, although 20kg are missing.
And I don´t think that my best years are over. Awaiting :pray2: :bravo: :pray2: years with my Swoard Pro....

Have you ever tried the Overdose? It´s not that demanding and much shorter.
I don´t know if I should recommend our extremecarver for you. Maybe yes, or
Maybe our Dual is a possibility/solution. It´s made for carving, good for rough conditions and powder, nice for cruising.
What do you think? Staying at your width, or going wider?
