Well, these days I carry more about my girl-friend than my board, because she broke her leg precisely in soft snow like the one in this video.
You can easily plant and tumble. It appears that the tibia-fibula fractures are common when you plant again the tip of the board after a fall. :(
You also have to beware of shoulders... Dislocation is waiting! 8O

Briefly, about this video, I would give as "how-to": when the snow is very soft, don't do the same. Better is to make "normal" turns or to go track the powder off-piste. ;-)
