F2 bindings: adaptor kit for step-in?

Post by hotracer » Friday 27 March 2015, 8:05

Hi

Does anybody know if F2 Race titanium binding can be used to become step ins, is there an adaptor kit? As I want to keep step ins for some of my other boards but want the flex of the race titanium for the Swoard!

:alien: The flex is caused by the plate system - so you cannot adapt to intecs.

But of course in your case Intec Ti-Flex is better than Intec Ti.

i can build a race titanium or intec titanium out of my titanflex, so why shouldn´t it be possible to make a race titanium a stept in binding?

Of course, of course - but that´s not the point.
Please read the thread of hotracer carefully.
He wants to adapt the flex ...

Ok thanks for the replies, at the moment I have Bomber stepins which I love but are way to stiff for using on a Swoard, I am looking at getting some new bindings for the Swoard, it would have been gret to have one set that I could adapt from stepin to normal but seems to hard, now another question, is there a difference between F2 Race titanium and F2 Titanium flex? if so which is better, I only seem to be able to find the Race titanium.

I seem to see the titanflex only in stepins, which might be too stiff!

Most of the Swoard-riders use the plate bindings, because the intecs are too stiff.
If you don´t like the plates (why?), you should take the Titanflex from F2. The Intec Ti is stiffer.
And other brands like Phiokka, Catec or Bomber are stiffer than the F2´s.

Recommended for the Swoard is the F2 Race Ti, and the new binding from Swoard, the Swoard Redline 8) .
(It´s still not to find on the Homepage, only by PM or e-mail to info@swoard.com)
