help re password re hacked email

would one of you administrators reset my pass word. I kept it in email account and now its hacked I still have access as I don't log out but that could change if the hacker starts using/changing my details.

I have a new email account but i can't post it here. Can you send me a PM if you need verification you can ask questions if that helps.

FYI I have recently sent a PM asking for help but unfortunately no reply and I can't leave this much longer.

To whom did you write a PM?

Anyway, go to the user panel here: ucp.php

You can change your e-mail address here: ucp.php?i=profile&mode=reg_details

Then log out, and in the log in page here: ucp.php?mode=login click "I forgot my password".
