protection of the underarm

Post by joemzl » Friday 30 November 2012, 11:05

Hello guys,

since I am able to lay down more than the years before, there seems to be a need for underarm (and jacket) protection.
A friend of mine just bought and tested ones from Slytech and is very happy with them.

Bought in Sölden for 140 Euro.

My cheap schin protectors used for my underarms work well, but are maybe too cheap over the time.

What do you use?

Put them outside the jacket. My experience is that wearing out the jacket sleeves and pants is a greater problem than hurting the arms unless it is very icy.

That´s true Harald. I´m using extra sleeve in both arms and coated cloves.
My pants seems to be ok without extra protection :birthday: .
