In short: I love it.
I've been using TD2 with loosened bail to create the "flex" in the past. The problem was that during backside turn, there was a considerable chatter.
The problem is gone!
The carving is very smooth, I can do better backside turn (frontside turn was always ok for me).
I was worried about the fact that toe clip would drag against the snow due to the "flex" of Sidewinder but it never happened.
The only problem is that it took considerable effort to fit my size 25 (deeluxe) boots for the binding. I'm using innermost setting for heel block.
And the bail was bent after 7 days of use! Well, yes, I bent it when I failed to land properly on the mdium-sized kicker, but considering the fact that I've done it in the past with TD2Ti and never suffered such problem with titanium bail, I was kinda disapponted. I've switched to the titanium bails (thank god I've still got some!) and hopefull it will never happen again.
I love it, now I'm never going back to "normal" TDs again.
Good work fin!

Probably very late this year... Bomber released the spare parts for TD3 about one year after they released the binding. So I guess the pattern would be similar this time. The Blitz wrote:I'm very interested by SW, but not sell in upgrade parts![]()
I'm waiting for spare parts for step-in version of SW (
