Re: Head Stratos Pro
I've just ordered a pair from BlueTomato. One of the guys I spoke to claimed they were getting a new shipment very soon.
Still I'm a bit sceptic about that, so ordered from the old stock just to be sure.

Re: Head Stratos Pro
I have heard the same thing as well regarding the HEAD boots. I just took a chance today and bought a pair of Stratos Pros I located on BomberOnline(Mondo size 25.5). I carefully measured out my feet in accordance to BomberOnline's boot selection instructions and ideally I need Mondo 26... I am just hoping that I'll get REALLY lucky and these Mondo 25.5 babies will fit properly
If not, then I'll have to return them
lose out on the return shipping costs
and pray I can find these boots somehow
Just hoping I won't have to go the Deeluxe/Raichle route, I have been in contact with Patrice and Arnaud via email since I inquired about purchasing an ExtremeCarver, and they were not particularly high on the Deeluxe line for EC...
Any suggestions regarding alternatives if I'm not lucky with these HEAD boots?

@vizsyn : I don't know if the plastic shell size changes between 25.5 and 26. If not it should be OK. If I remember properly, on small HSP sizes, there is also a little plastic rib at the end of the inner sole that could be removed to gain some free room for your feet. Let us know.
@Mirek : of course ACSS mounts on Head Stratos because it's designed for ! It's also suitable for UPZ boots (RC8 / RC10 / ATB).
For Deeluxe boots you have to use the "ACSS for Deeluxe" made by Abrax

Re: Head Stratos Pro
@pietrob
I HOPE I won't have to contact you... but if these HEAD boots turn out to be too small for my feet, I will let you know. BTW, BomberOnline might have a pair of Mondo 25.5 still in stock. Best of luck!!!
@Arnaud
Thank you for the tip about the possibility of ribs in the shell... Also, assuming the boots I ordered turn out to be a proper fit, I shall be in contact in regard to purchasing an ACSS modification kit.
May the snow gods smile upon my feet...

@ vizsyn
Possible alternative
Dalbello CRX shape is almost the same of HSP, don't know anything about the plastics.

Dalbello Krypton Pro are largely used by the US national racers.

I did the same as Transistor Rhythm and ordered a pair of Head Straos Pro. Luckily Blue-Tomato had a pair of size 28.0 left. I got them today and they fit perfect om my rather wide foot. Thank Joemzl, for the links to the shops.
