Hi !

Question for Admin: Is it possible?

1. Adding a field: "go to X page" (to facilitate the review archive).
2. To enable the preview box: "Profile"(and a personal text at the bottom of the post) while editing.
3. Could other BBcode tags to format the text, for example: [s]this text is striked[/s]? :(

mirek

Ps. Maybe someone has other suggestions?

I'll try to explain the meaning:
At the bottom, right corner write: Go to page 1, 2, 3 ... 32, 33, 34 Next.
Pages need to scroll sequentially ... if I want to go to such as "10" then I have repeated several times that operation.
I would like to have a transition to the desired site, for example: Go to page ... I write the number "10" and click "Enter. " - Now I'm on the desired page number 10.

Maybe?

That does not exist as standard feature for Rel 3 according my knowledge.
But you can jump easily already now by selecting page 2 and then modyfying end of URL . End of url points to first message on page and each npage contains 15 messages. So editing last number to 45 you will get page 4

ok pokkis !
You are clever! Thanks for your advice! I will modify Url :D

Actually it is simple, but ... imho it should be as I wrote above!
Not everyone has enough knowledge and courage to change the url

Ps. Topic Page has up to 15 message, but the main pages, for example: "Miscellaneous" or "SWOARD Extremecarving boards", are already over 50 topics. And this is lot of math! haha

Agree, but from admin point it is really pain to do any code changes due one will loose them after every version upgrades, and it is pain to re-code them every time.
I must admit that due i have done some code mods  im also lacking few versions behind valid one. But targeting to do my upgrade during cool summer nights 8)
But if there exist supported official modification then it is more easy. For this case i dont know status due i dont have needed it :)

Pokkis

You pointed out the main problem ... time to keep all mods updated !
An update to PHPBB 3 is planned , but no deadline defined !

Good thing with Rel 3 is that one needs much less (if any) manual mods :)
