I have learned (from Keiran) that one of the runs at Cairngorm called The White Lady which has been to steep to piste is getting pisted this season, as they have invested in the piste bashers that can be cable anchored. This will make it fantastic for Extremecarving.

and they are essentially local to me. ;)

the issue with the white lady of recent years is they've focused more on keeping the other runs flat, and leaving the lady to become a mogul field. with the planned purchase of a winch kit though, they'll be able to groom it more easily.

http://www.nevisrange.co.uk/ has a run called the goose, which is a long red run that also gets groomed, and should be ideal for opening up the turns on my GS board. if i can find the courage.
