Only my homemade split...

Post by JonDahl » Monday 3 January 2005, 4:03

inbounds of all places, in flat light on a cat track, I missed seeing a rut in the path while I was moving along quite fast. Broke the left half of the board under the front puck for the slider track. 11 and 1/2 inches wood core carnage! Lucky I didn't break my neck, 'cause I made a perfect one point landing at a good 25 mph, on my neck. Voile hardware is bulletproof. I pulled all the parts off that board, and made another split out of an old F2 flame 168.
Speed doesn't kill, it'd the sudden decelleration!
