auxiliary exercises for extremecarving in gym
Could you kindly give an advice about any auxiliary exercises for extremecarving in gym?

Re: auxiliary exercises for extremecarving in gym
That's a good question!
Are you talking about the exercises to do at home / fitness, or are you asking which sports are good?
I'm curious about what the people in this Forum are doing to stay fit for extremecarving.
At home I prepare my shoulders by making push-ups: they must be strong to prevent injuries at extremecarving.

To stay fit first You need to get fit...
Try some step classes in the fitness club. It may be funny at the beginning, especially that there are usually just girls, but in my opinion there is no better exercise when it comes to time spent/ effectiveness.
Legs give just the base, don't forget that You need to be well stretched and in very good overall condition to be comfortably safe on the slope
Give Your fitness club a chance -> try TotalBodyCondition and some MagicBar !!!

Sure,
I know a guy that streched that he was able to dig under the snow, that low he could get during the turn!
The more fit You are the less hurt You get... And the longer You stay carving on the slope
