I've got a cheap offer on a 2000 year older virus thunder.
This board any good?
I've got my swoard for EC but would try something with slim waist.
Condition almost as new 9/10.
Should I buy?

Oh!!!No...you should not buy it
It`s really a question which is hard to answer....First - the board looks cool +1 Second - this is aslmost new +1 Third - this is cheap(as you said)+1...But nobody know except you what you expect from this board..so -3

If you can say what do you want from this board someone can advice whether this fits for your expectations or not.

If I had a board like this, that would be an honor for
me to fit her.
Just shoot me a pm and we'll talk.

I want a lively ride with huge camber and pop.
What the board offers...
But I'm skeptic about the age... year 2000
Was virus good at that time?

I regularly ride two Viruses. One from 2003, one from 1997. Lately more the 2003, but it has more to do with the model/geometry than with the age. If you don't take the thunder, consider me joining the auction too, please.

If it hasn't been ridden that much, just take it.

seems to have only one set of inserts, so check if the stance is right for you.

If I'm not mistaken, it should be 47cm, so with most binding it is extendable to 49cm, which, considering that it is likely to be ridden with angles over 65, should be more than fine for most riders.
