could i get some opinions about beveling
techniques.
does anybody know about tools for tuning
edges from the base.
-i only know the taped file method.

the little plastic guides are nice, they last good, and do a great job. The big diamond files are also nice: they can also be used in the tuning file setup.

We all met Jean-Bernard in Zinal, he makes good products!! and is a nice guy that explains a lot how things work!!! His tuning file is really a MUST have in everyone's tool! (he speaks german and swiss german, so no pb)

It is really easy to use and it has a magnet that collects shavings and keeps them out of your base. Much easier to use than traditional files. You can buy it from Reliable Racing. I don't know where they sell them in Europe.
