big size hardboots
hi, i am wondering if any of u has the same problem:
I have problems to find Hardboots because of the size of my feet. I have 48,5 EU size and have atm an old Raichle 324 in size 49,5. Now i am searching for a new one, but couldn't find yet.
Also i am not sure of the appropriate size in other countries, i think 49 EU is sometihng like 15 in US and 32 in MONDO?
Thx in advance for any tips or infos.

My brother with 48 size have : (see here)
-NW .900 29 Mondo
-Deeluxe Suzuka 30 Mondo
-Raischle 324 31.5 Mondo
In my understand, you couldn't find harboots in 32 Mondo.
I found Head in 30.5, or Deeluxe T700 in 31.5 or UPZ in 31

i was in a snowboardshop in vienna today and tried the deeluxe 325 mondo size 31.5. I also measured my feet there: Mondo 32 cm
as expected the boots where a bit too small
(
any tips or infos about any bigger ones on the market?? i would also be greatful for tips/infos about special measurement shoes - and maybe an cost estimate.

well i tried the boots and i have heavy pressure on my toe if i stand straight up, if i go into knees i still feel front but preassure is ok.
i have not exactly mondo 32, it is like 32.5 but i dont know exactly, cause the yardstick to measure ended at 31 :/ was an old wooden one
and if i buy them now and try the thermoflex and shellexpanding and they still dont fit i threw out 300+ euro...
i am also in contact with deeluxe directly, maybe they can help

Thermoflex indeed may be a solution. It can go down in thickness to as little as 2mm, thus if you try a shell without a liner, a good fitting shell should have 5-10mm of free space around your foot. Asymmetric deeluxe shells (track700/1000/suzuka/indy) and UPZ shells seem to be on the spacier side, and there is even a chance that you would fit even into 30MP shell. 31 may be a cakewalk, but you must try the shell first.
