Read this thread below.

Molding your liners instructions.

Also Mc Fussel had put a video in utube of how to mold your liners.

With a little bit of search in the forum you'll find it easy if he doesn't reply.

Molding

Post by Hans » Thursday 6 March 2008, 8:34

Do a search on molding in the forum on bomberonline.com and you get tons of info. Set your oven about 120/125 Celsius. Don't put the boots too long in the oven. Depends on how intense your oven is, but the longest time between 9 till 13 minutes.

100 - 110° should be enough - leave them 15min in the oven....

lining is easy. The key moment is a feet preparation - I have used Makroflex foam to make a sheel around my fingers and put some between the fingers :-) Another key moment - put a scotch tape inside the but to cover the surface that can scrunch or even snap inside boot. One more key moment - you need strike the heel couple of times to let it seat properly. If you will fail to do so, the heel will not be fixed as it should be.

I lined my thermoflex in usual gas oven Ariston, with permanent temperature control 120/125 degrees C, for 10 minutes in total for each boot, had turned the boot every 3 minutes. Before I lined the boots, i made a simulation how stable the temperature in the oven and what position of valve i need to set to avoid overheating :-) Good luck and be careful.

P.S. I have deeluxe indy, liner is black.
i`m learning
