A friend of mine, Nicolas, has flown with a Swoard recently... :angel2:

See below the pictures that he took himself and guess what resort it is! ;-)

Is the resort - Zinal??

EDIT: not a bad guess to say i've never been there - or ever seen a photo of it before.

It's easy to find that out. Just look at the minim snowhigh on last picture, right side in the forest on about 1800 to 1900 over see level, and you know where youe are!
So, for downhill to Zinal its better to choose the airway (cablecar or such textil-"airplanes"), preventening your board-base for probable deep scratches!
Gliding on Snowboards,
like Pogo, Kessler, Virus, Hot, Nidecker and others,
from 151 up to 183 cm and 14 to 27.4 cm width,
covering any kind of shapes with
any kind of boots and bindings.

@Schneewurm,

in the ski resort the snow quality is really excellent both in Zinal and Grimentz where the snow has a very good grip for carving. Thus i encourage you to come to the ECS this year and enjoy yourself.

Thomas

Sorry not textil-"airplanes", better word: knit-glider!

@tommaso2k
Yes I saw, whole Wallis is now on good snow condition on slopes.
But probably they dream there also about 3-6 m of snow for freeride, like on same high of Zinal village. See picture!
After all school holydays from february, in march at a week of good stable weather wallis will come interesting for me!
