This is what I was talking about earlier.

I think that if I had the asym spacer I would of avoided this.

As per our PMs, i put some text here if that helps others in future.
Even Prior has offered to fix that for free, shiping is too costly option due distance. But cause that top metal being loose now it will also make board much weaker on that spot, i would let any good board shop glue that as long it is now dry after summer.
Most propably spacer in this case would have saved from problem.
If i understand correctly that is last year model, this year metal layers are thicker ones but it does not solve all cases anyway.
Damn bad luck case cause that board is real nice one

Thicknes just front of front binding of Tinkler: 22mm and Pen Blackjack 9mm. I dont have (anymore) Swoard but i assume that it is in same 10mm ball bark.

For who want to know it:

The left rider of the topic pictures is Haldi Roland and the right one is Ebner Matthias from Germany, but he retired two years ago, so the pictures is also a older one.
Haldi is riding this system till now!!!
The lift looks like the big one of F2, it is over than 1cm high.
keep on riding ben

Nope, rider on the right is not Matthias Ebner (who is a former racer from Salzburg and therefore would race with Austrian dress) but it's Markus Ebner from Ingoldstadt who is still active (or not anymore as he had quite severe problems with the DSV). Or do you mean another pictures than in post 1?

Rider on the left of course is Roland Haldi and not Bozzo. He is on F2 binders, correct.
