Never thought it was doable to ride with such a board

never thought, i only said it seems to me an exaggeration. there are many ways to reach own limits on an alpine board. the rider on the video have chosen his way, no problem. i only think the lenght is exaggerated. then i don't think that board is so difficult to ride as the lenght could bring to think, instead it seems to me very flexible (due also to the split tail)

I would like to see that rider to put THAT board on slide while he's carving and, suddenly, an obstacle comes in front of him...

Otherwise, it would be funny to be as on a railway, riding that board.
Unfortunately, you need to have your own ski-area, to ride it! But... if I could have my own ski-area, I would have a lot of fun with my board too!

I think biggest proble to start sliding from carve is the speed, and with that board you can hold such speed that breaking is always harder
I dont remember specs of that 252, but my longer Tinkie has quite mild side cut so it turns almost on dime, very much otherwise that you could expect from weight and length.

I second to Pokkis about the mild sidecut of a Tinkler 203cm.
Mine is something about 14m-15m scr.
The turnabillity and the edge hold of this board it's unbelievable I couldn't imagine that a board of this length can turn so tight.

SCR 19,5-20m and it turns like an 11m board? it must be more flexible of i was thinking! or the split tail works great!
and 17lbs are about 5kg, true? is not so heavy, considering the lenght

17 lbs is 7.7kg
And i'm pretty sure that 252 does not turn like normal 11m radius board
But surely keeping Stix not too tight then board is turning more than expected. That is buyty of Tinkies, you can adjust board behaviour as you like

yes for sure! i want to say that the board can turn very tight, as seen in the video
however, it's a crazy board! surely lot of fun and unique riding sensations, but crazy
