Yesterday I practiced it and found that I could get it on the Heel side but not on the toe. I can still do the good G carve on the toe but the push- pull dosent seem to happen on the toe. any reason off hand this will happen or is it just part of the progression to the EC turns
I finally got the EC turn

With that in mind I should be able to get the toe next weekend.rilliet wrote:Usually the toeside is easier...
I want to say Thank you for having this site. The reading and mental preparation has helped me a great deal.
I have shown your vid clips to most of my friends and co workers.
I was a asccomplished free rider for years untill last season when I found the g carve.
Last year some of my Free ride friends got mad cause I wont go out and ride with them. I tell them when you see me ride like the vid clips I will come with you. So if I get that toe done this weekend I will be out there. if Not its back to training.
Thank you again.

Heel side; toe side
Hi I'm new to the site and new to extreme carving. From your note, It seems you've mastered the heel-side turns. What do you do to initiate the turn on the heel side in order not to look like you are going to sit in the snow? If you have difficulty on the toe side, I can help there. I can only say that you need to commit to the turn and try to get to the new edge as early in the turn as possible.
