Hello EC’ers,
I managed to get Northwave Point .900 boots in size 290. Unfortunately 290 is too big size for my boot, the correct size is 285 or 280. So, if you happen to have Northwave boots in size 285 or 280, and you feel they are too small for you: this is your chance to trade them to 290!
My boots are used but they are in great condition. They are not modified in anyway; also the spring mechanism comes with the original springs.
If you want to barter deal with me, just send me a private msg.
Thanks,
Whitey a.k.a Kari
P.S. If you are interested, contact me for more pics and info

Hey Whitey!
Just for a half size... why don't you keep those EC dream boots and put an injected liner inside...

it would be perfect like this... Don't you think??
As well as the outside length wuold not change significantly...

Hello Matt,
I would like to try to swap them at first. If I cannot find 285's, maybe I then change only the liners. For now I'd like to keep the original liners, because they seem to be really comfortable.
Cheers,
Whitey

Hello Again Whitey,
Someone in the french Forum is looking for a RAB before starting to create his own one... And I was thinking about yours...
As now you are a almost very happy NW owner, may be you could sell your RAB you have on your SB413 to this guy!
Regards

Matt,
here's the deal: find me someone who wants to change his 280 or 285 to my 290, and I'll give the RAB's to you
free of charge! You will also get something like 10 spare springs on different stiffness, you can see them inside the small plastic bag -->

Then you can sell them to the french dude, it's totally up to you. Sounds good deal, right?
Cheers,
Kari

Kari, it sounds good yes, but... As I also have 285 feet and have been looking for NW as well, I would only be able to change your 290 if I had 2 pairs of NW 285...
As I don't have any

I can't exchange...
No, my Question was just to know if YOU could make a deal with this french guy, that's all.
Sorry.
BTW, I would be very happy to have a pair of NW, even in 290, trust me!!
Bye

OK Matt, as soon as I have found some solution with the Northwaves(exchange to smaller, new liners, or something) I'll contact to you and I can then make the deal with the french dude, if he still wants them. Then I'll sell my Raichles anyway
All the Best,
Kari
PS. Does anyone knows about Northwave shell sizing? How many different shell sizes there are available?

Righty right...I just got some information from Northwave, concerning about the shell sizing. Size 290 shell is different from size 280. Moreover, 280 shell is the same as 285, only the liners inside are different. So, the shell size is changing between 285 and 290
Summa summarum: I need shell size of
280/285, no matter of the liners. Trade with me, OK?

Hello Couny,
your offering about a set of beer is for sure something, which I can't forget

But before any cheers over the bottles: I'm still looking for someone willing bartering with me. If someone own's 280's/285's, save my day and trade with me
