Hi.

I need your help with my boots Deeluxe Track 225 (bought in 2009, size 24).
My weight is 50 kg and even with the ACSS system and cut inside parts, I cannot flex them. Their tongues are still too stiff for my weight.
Are there any softer tongues for Deeluxe Track 225? Or, is it somehow possible to cut the existing tongue to make it softer?
If no and the only solution is to throw them away, what boots would be the best for a girl of 50 kg?

Thanks again. In the meantime, I would still like to try to cut the existing tongue. What would be better:
- to cut along the length, like here?

or
- to do perpendicular cut to allow a bend at a specific point, like here?

Hi Tali,
I think I recognize (on the last pictures) my beautiful home made cut that I did loooonnng time ago

... I know, It is a bit crap... but working well, I gain a lot with that cut!
I broke the shell since that time, but still using that same old tongue on my new shell !!

Yes, I do follow you
Do you believe I should cut along the tongue length, too?

Don´t cut it.
Only take away the thickness carefully where the tongues are bending.
You can control it by the light that is shining through, if you hold them against the light.
In addition you could do what I have done to my Suzukas:
