Yeah, there's 12 levels of hydraulic resistance and believe on 12 i'm doing like 30 rounds and i'm completely done. I'm practicing on level 6 and will my 300 pull ups and i'm ok.keepTheSport wrote:Hi Redhead

I think big muscles are not helping a lot in snowboarding. I'm never very clear on the best application for each....but I do have a trolley-jack that uses air...
