Do these events always happen in March? If yes, are there similar events in Europe that happen in November or December, or is it too early to have a decent snow coverage?
The thing is that due to my job, I often spend January to April "touring" the continent to visit for big clients, and can only go to winter sports in the end of the year.

i also hope the list of 2019/2020 events will be published soon.
Petr Lorenz sent me some photos of decent snow conditions in the summer as well
