If i get replacement part from Vist could someone in Italy bring that to Zinal

Only question is how and where to get the part you want.
here in Trento there is no Vist or Rabanser shop, but perhaps one of the sport shop sell Vist articles.
Should I go look for it? and in that case: what article should I look for?
Please advise and I will move immediately on it.
