Hi Silver, Phiokka website is still closed, nothing new about it...
You can find some Phiokka bindings spare parts on SettimoSport-Milan-Italy, on this website:
http://www.settimosport.com/home.htm under voice
-> Shop -> Ricambi -> PHK
It's "HARD" to find some parts like bails, but you can try to contact them.

Il problema si è poi risolto da solo... dopo una decina di uscite si sono assestati e non richiedono più di essere regolati dopo un po di discese.. addirittura ora faccio anche 2-3uscite senza stringerli...
Ah.. niente frenafiletti!!
