I have a D3 elastomer upgrade, but one silicone part (see the picture) is missing. IT is additional part. Bindings can be used without it because it's additional part. But I think Jeff Caron from Catek will send you out of charge a missing part if asked so.
Technicaly 100% working. Condition - see pictures.
