It has always been both. I repeat it again: as written at the top right and in the Forum description, this place also works as a support for:Acid800 wrote:Aber solange sie als extremecarving.com(also ein Snowboard-Community) und nicht als swoard-forum.com auftreten
1) the Swoard customers
2) the people who want to get a Swoard and have questions about the flex/size choice, the program of the board (exactly as asked in this thread), etc.
3) the people who have questions about the particular technique/style of riding which Jacques and I have developed, as well as questions about our setup, gear, tuning, etc. All the first members here remember well all the technical threads in the first years and what made this Forum grow.
It would be silly if we could not reply to those people, especially when they ask precise questions (often directly to the Swoard team). Acid800, I don't deserve your aggressions every time I reply or post something about Swoard in this Forum, which is the only place where I can do it. Remember that Swoard Snowboards is running this Web site at its own costs (in time and money), for the customers as well as for the alpine community!
Everyone can take what he wants, read what he wants. We even made separate sections about Swoard in the French and English sections, so that people can focus on other threads if they want. That's pretty cool I think. On other Forum over Internet, I see many posts from vendors, dealers, shaper's friends etc. in the main sections. But well, since the alpine community is small, it's probably normal to see all these persons at the same place: riders, racers, professionals and various people who have interests in the industry.
Acid800, if you can't handle this and how Internet is working, simply don't visit this place. That's your freedom too. Thank you for writing no more bad words in the future.

PS: joemzl and skywalker, thank you for your direct and indirect moderation.
Ok, maybe it is a problem of my explanation, or your translation.
The Message I tried to tell is, that it is imho not serious to sell a Swoard as allroundboard.
Nothing more, nothing less.
I am convinced that it’s my right to say that open and free. Also in a manufacturer-supportforum.
I didn’t use “Marketinggewäsch” as an offense. My fault! This is imo the only one, which you can designate as “bad wordS”
I think you(an some others) in-interpreted a lot in my last 2 posts … !

Very interesting, ... what do you exactly mean with that?fivat wrote: Acid800, I don't deserve your aggressions every time I reply or post something about Swoard in this Forum, ...

Acid, this time (seldom enough) I don't agree with you. I think there is good reason for pointing out the possible allround character of a wide carving board such as the SWOARD, although I personally have my own opinion about "allround"(see below). And I think it is the right of patrice to talk about the good sides of his product.
But may I take the opportunity to point out that nobody asked for an allround board? Fexis was asking for Swoard prices and for middle-priced alternatives.
"Allround" is just a word. It all depends on the point of view.
In the eyes of a softbooter we're all nuts
In the eyes of a skwal owner we've not gone far enough. Actually I would never buy anything that't listed with the prefix "allround". Do any of you own a CD with allround-music? Allround-clothes? Do you want to make allround-sex? Or have an allround meal? Every time I hear the word I'm suspicious that the item has no special qualities so they try to sell it as "allround".
