There was a posting sometime including a link of a site which conatined a handy calculator for radius and stuff like that.
Anyone remember?

Radius
Just one comment on this issue. The steepness of the slopes, the quality of the snow and the parameters (mainly the radius) will define your speed provided that you are doing EC turns. The problem of the radius is, that with a radius below 10-12 meters will result in extreme forces in the turn, whic...

Production
There is a small, privately owned company in Hungary, producing surfs and boards for more than 10 years. I know that the surfs they produced were kind good quality, but it was a long time ago. My first alpine board was also produced by them, it served me well. I'm not saying that it was the best boa...

Carving
Hi Quentin, I'm not sure if we mean the same thing under 'CARVING'. This site is dedicated to EXTREME CARVING that is carving pushed to the extremes. I would suggest that you check out the videos on the site yourself. This does not mean, that people here do not do any other styles, but if it comes t...

I go along with Hans, it seems that the members of the Swoard team are great binding killers, but would be nice to have a pair of spare bails developed by Jacques. :-) Hans, how did you come to the EUR50 limit? Would EUR 52 make you not to buy? Of course we buy everything that we consider essential ...

Overweighting Swoard Team
Did not know that in Switzerland men give birth to babies, thus they grow fat instead of women... It would be funny to see a 125 kg guy EC-ing....like a huge ball rolling down the hill :-) 158cm with 100 kg is easier to jump over than to walk round.... So, coming back to the facts I am the heaviest ...

Bending TD2
Guys, Don't make me cry, I've just bought a pair.... Otherwise, let's face it: we do not all ride like Jacques. What's more: I guess we do not all ride like Nils, either. (no offense to you, Nils) So, those bails might not bend for everyone..... actually I have not heard about bending TD2s from anyo...

Storing the board
Nils, I'd like to get back on the storing issue for a sentence. Not easy to find a good place for the board to store vertically if you live in a flat and you do not have a garage. What about laying it on the ground, up-side-down, propped-up at the nose and tail, so that the waist slightly touches th...

TV Spot
Guys, Congrats! Any chance of putting the video on Extreme Channel or any other TVs with extreme sport sessions? The point is that people really do not know this sport. I know many skiers and softbooters to whom I have to keep explaining at least an hour what EC is. And they still do not understand....

Summertime
Well, that is an option... in this case we could come up with topics like: - how to store equipment in summertime (mine is under the bed) - how to prepare used equipment (not much to do with mine, fortunately) - what to buy for the next season (already did, but can't tell here...) - what to do inste...

Sidecut
Hey Tim,
The first answer really related to the question!!! Took a bit of time but a really good point.
Cheers,
István
ps.: Not to mention that this is the first reply to English topics in the last 10 days..... what's wrong with you, no Swoard no chat?

Kaunertal
Unfortunately I can not make it this time, but here is one comment concerning Kaunertal: the lifts are rather lousy there, why don't you try Pitztal or Ötztal? (next two peeks)
Kindest,
István
