'Russian EC Video Tutorial'
Hi Vizsyn I too am REALLY impressed by these instructional videos, but am particularly impressed by the third video in the series of 3 that you provided! http://vimeo.com/38781410 The ideal of a 'plus' and a 'minus' body position is just excellent, such a clever and easy way to explain to a student ...

Movement is the Key
Hello Andreas The real issue or purpose of your boot binding questions perhaps should focus on your ability to move; maybe it is better to word this by asking the question 'are your movements restricted in anyway by your current boot binding interface.' The second part of this line of thinking is th...

CARVING MAGAZINE UPDATE
I think EC riders are hoping to be recognized, respected and ultimately accepted by the mainstream of our niche' sport; in years past it has been a bit of an uphill battle if you liked to rotate and get low. Seeing ECing validated by hardbooters in general, via this magazine, is probably seen as imp...

Re: CARVING MAGAZINE UPDATE
Hello Alexis
I too really hope to see and read a LOT about ECing and Swoard.
Uniting the narrow with the wide and the 'getting down the hill the fastest' with the getting 'laid out' is good Karma and good for our niche' sport.
Cheers

CARVING MAGAZINE UPDATE
This sounds excellent!!!!alexgforce wrote:The objective of the magazine is to unite the community and create a reference for the sport In total.
Having such a small community divided has always seemed crazy to me.
Thank you for your efforts Alexis.

Boardercross - Extremecarver or Dual?
Visiting with Patrice has taught me that it is very expensive to develop and build a new board; guessing if there is a big enough market for a new model is also a very risky business. That said, I have always thought that a detuned Extremecarver, for BX and all mountain carving, would be a very inte...

Re: 50th birthday present
Hello Happy Birthday, great present for the big 50! I have said this before and I continue to believe it to be true; the Extremecarver is a great all round carver that is very forgiving, I would recommend it to anyone interested in carving even if they NEVER lay down a single EC style turn. There ar...

Hello Mirekd
You will not regret buying the Swoard Extremecarver.
It is a TOP quality board that will last you many, many years.
Once you have had a chance to ride it and get to know it ... you will LOVE it.
Life is too short and you can't take all that money with you !

Stance Angles and Boot Over-Under Hang
Hello Mirekd I can appreciate the process you are going through with regards to learning to EC, so I will try to help out a bit. Jacques, Pat, please jump in if I misguide Mirekd in any way. When Jacques and Pat were teaching themselves to EC they were also building EC board prototypes. As a result ...

Hard Boot Cousins
Thank you for sharing your video, looks like you were having a lot of fun! I find it very interesting to see the both the similarities and differences of the Skwal and EC linked-laid out turns. In my humble opinion Skwal riders, Racers, Freecarvers and ECers are like hard boot first cousins that hav...
