Faustregel is: steilere Winkel machen das Fahren stabiler, erleichtern das Carven speziell auf der Backside ein wenig, erschweren das Driften. flachere Winkel umgekehrt, und sind zusätzlich sinnvoll wenn man den speziellen EC-Stil lernen will. zum Thema Stiefel: ich fahre meine AF600 ohne fersenmachanik. Im ersten Schritt bin ich in der Walk-Stellung gefahren. Da diese aber ständig bei einem Boot wieder in die festgestellte Postion zurück sparng, habe ich sie sammt der Bolzen ausgebaut. Bin aber noch nicht ganz zufrieden. Gruß, Peter Bom...

lies Dir mal hier den Lehrplan durch und mach die Übungen, das sollte Dir weiter helfen denn es sind die verschiedenen Schwungformen incl. Push Pull und EC genau erklärt.
