Hi Kleine Schwester

So now I think, I will have to go to Lech with my little sister Alissa ;)) Be prepared! Hi Kleine, Du hast deutlich viel mehr nachzulesen als ich am Anfang. Da standen hi...

Some Physics

Hi Rob, I'll try with some Physics. First: To drive on a given Radius with a given speed, a specific force is needed. From this force a Momentum results, that depends on the stance from the edge to the middle of the board. This Momentum has to bee carried by Your legs, no matter, how Your bindings a...

Yes...

You're right, of course... for sure I did not neglect centrifugal forces! I even think that they are mostly everything You feel. But I don't believe, that You feel the acceleration of extending Your legs. The radius Your board follows depends on the movement of Your legs and from this I think You fe...

Funny...

Sorry, really, I don't want be be harsh!!! But These posting sound like You have not been carving for a much too long time. You don't feel the forces of extending Your legs at all. Realize the time of a closed turn and look at the time it takes. The acceleration might be --- well --- close to zero. ...

Well...

Hi, For sure the GTS is much better for extremecarving than the RS or S. One reason fpr that ist the greater width, the oter is the softer flex, which will alloy You to carve more deeply. My little sister is riding a GTS 156 and it's not a bad board, I only think, it's torsional stiffness is to weak...

Seems to be done...

Sorry Nils, but I will ask again, until there is a decision of when and where to meet! I think, I explained, why I was trying to start with it already in Autumn, so it will be in winter! If we again wait until the end of winter, thre won't be a meeting again this Year. And we lose one more Year with...

Of course I'm male, too. But I teached my little sister to Carve rather deeply and in one of the next years she will be riding better than me. That's hard ;)) I try to make everybody I meet a Hardbooter, just try it!

Meeting of Extreme Carvers this Year?!!!

Hi, nice to meet You all again already in October in the forum. Last Year we talked a lot about an EC-Session which would be best with the masters themselves  So at first I would like to ask nils, Patrice and Jacques: Are You interestet in an informal meeting maybe already in November or the b...
