Yep, it kinda bends more.

I used BTS kit with yellow springs, and shaved some parts to make it a bit more flexible.

When you look at the bottom part of BTS, you can see that I've shaven some part...

breaking 3 bails in a season... :o I am using td2 ti at the moment and I had absolutely no issue with bail for 30+ days of riding. Probably also because I weigh between 70 and 73kg. Fortunately catek is now selling toe clips ONLY for US$30 so I'll probably buy them and attach them to the front bail....

Where can I find spare parts for F2 race bails? Blue tomato don't seem to sell them...

And how about toe/heel blocks? Are they strong? Did anyone break one?

Deelexe 700 is also good for wide feet. My foot is 25.5 width E, and 700 fits me almost perfectly. It's also soft with yellow BTS so I have no prob sitting on my board.

Re: mmmmmmmmm

The position of the lugs has also been lowered, so I think Nils has some luck here. I think you are right. Just checked my TD2 sole block and checked pic of TD3 and yes, they not only lowered sole blocks but also lugs. Let's hope they'll have kept same bail width with TD3... I might be able to use ...

Actually the bail might have to be shortened, depending on micro-adjustment made on lugs and the position of sole blocks on base plate. TD3 sole blocks will be 4~5mm lower than that of TD2. I believe since TD3 sole blocks have been lowered, bails should be shortened to accomodate the change, or sole...

Hello! Anyone know if you can use the td3 heel stepin on the td2??? Is it compatible? Fin mentioned 'channel cut into the [TD3's] Base Plate' to clear the Lugs in this thread: http://www.bomberonline.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=22300 You can clearly see the "channels" cut on each corner of TD3 b...

Re: Exhangables TD2 - TD3

Next thing: TD2 cantdisks are the same cantdisks for the TD3, they have been unchanged. So if you have TD2's you have to buy TD3 erings and TD3 centerdisks: then you have a TD3 base. Or just attach TD3 base plate to TD2 cant disk while it's still attached to the board. There might be a way to utili...

Someone please explain me the compatibility of cant disks and at the same time the incompatibility of e-rings. I'm lost. What stops me from buying the new e-rings and putting it under my TD2? It means you can attach TD3 base plate to TD2 cant disk by using same M8 x 16mm bolts.... so you don't need...

I wish to leave a feedback on Swoard after using it for 4 months :D I'm a 29-year old carver from New Zealand. I use Track 700T + BTS (yellow), size 25. TD2 binding, machined 3mm according to Jacque's recommendation (found out that base plates were cast not machined... nasty surprise! 8O ), 54/48, n...

Thanks guys! We had snowstorm for 2 weeks... Looks like it will be a fantastic season this time, not to mention I live about 45 mins away from the ski field that is probably most suitable for extremecarving in New Zealand! It's called Turoa and it has a wide, black groomed run, not as long as the on...

Haha, I was so bored for past 7 months!

Now winter has come to New Zealand...

I live 45 mins to a major ski field (yeah, the proximity to ski field was the deciding factor for my job selection )

Now, I can't wait to try out my swoard... :)
