Re: Feedback on pics...sorry no video...

Good! It's also a time which has helped a lot. Unconscious mind did take an action during the summer and now you have it all rearranged in your head! :-) yes the unconscious mind has been at play... I'm now thinking perhaps the 50,45 in the hard boots has paid off in my soft boots... ...las...

Re: Heard Rumors..

I have had about 6 positive comments on the few times I have been in hard boots and they were all from young people 20s,one perhaps early 30s, including a couple of females :) oh yes and a rather conservative-type 60 ish skier...impressed by my angle-edge hold(obviously a lucky moment... :silly: ) B...

Re: ACSS - Advanced Carving Spring System for Deeluxe

At long last I put the springs onto my Deeluxe boots...I must admit I went overkill with the drill and kind of scratched the U plate  fortunately it doesn't affect the working in any way :) 2012-12-09 15.52.17-1.jpg I tried on the boots and I can get more forward flex but not enough, so I will...

Joemzl, I like your phrase...'down the slope without active breaking'...I never thought of it like that, gives me a different mental view which is helpful :-) Starikashka, thank you for pointing out that learning can be done on green...I didn't realise...I thought I had to get on steep slopes for ca...

Some cracking sailing pics there ...I would say that being almost horizontal to the water is like being almost horizontal to the snow... :) It's fascinating how even beer drinking has similarities  my summer weight training is leaving me with forearms like Popeye, and not much else...still it ...
