What size boots does M-size binding accept at max?

I’ve searched the forum but all the posta are pretty old (like 10 years). I want to buy a board bag, but not spend €200 on it. I see the general direction. Obviously I will have to find a way to try first, but since I’m leaning more towards relaxed, “lazy” riding, I need to double-test the very reactive carbon to make sure it fits me.
