How much is too much (boots-over-edges) ?
Just one (simple?) question: Boots may not get over the edges. I "tested" that myself, and I still feel the consequences. So, let's immagine the board laying down on its bindings, like the opposite of what it lays down on the piste. With boots attached. Looking down at it: - I shouldn't see t...

Bomber & EC
I was just watching the video I found on BomberOnLine (is that the name? I'm not sure). Anyway, what I saw is the huge difference in the carving style. It's like downhill and slalom on skis - same sh!t (you always pass the gates & go down), but HUUUGE difference. Now, I must say that I (visually) pr...

Re: OLAF
Well... Thanx, Olaf, thanx a lot :D I really belived I had it all right, but then you opened this topic...And I learned something new! I have always had some serious angles on my board(s), 'cos I do have large feet. Even when I tested one freestyle (or was it freeride?) board called something like "...

RE:
OK, I'm gonna try 'n jump in with what I got from reading posts here... Basically, there's nothing wrong with narrow boards. Actually, it's easier to flip edges (that's why they make them narrow). With EC (but also racing), the problem is that you have to have high angles of bindings with narrow boa...

THANX!
Thanx, guys! Really, I didn't manage to get that kind of info after searching the net for 2 days
But, I do read that from 9 reviews there are, 2 boards actually broke. Should that be considered a major issue, or just a factory mistake (like sh.. happens)?

Helmet is a MUST
OK, I know this is a bit out-of-date, but.... From this year in Italy ALL the skiers & boarders under 14 yrs of age MUST wear helmets! I find that a very good decision. I have the helmet for 5 years now. This is my 2nd helmet. My 1st one was broken when a skier hit me from the behind! Can you immagi...

Yup, the $$$ is a problem :( I keep breaking up bindings at regular basis, and I bought a new board recently...and everything else just adds up. I see your point with aluminium (stiffness etc) but the other options cost significantly. So, there ani' no other solutions but getting that ek$pencive pla...

Large feet & narrow boards
Hi! I've been reading a lot on this forum lately, and I found some advices I had to discover myself throughout the years...instead, I could come here & see it all in one hour! Anyhow, for my question... I have LARGE feet... 46 in size (european size), and I am tall (194 cm). And lightweight (82 kg)....
