I think you should try them on and then decide. The most important thing is the perfect fit and these boots have slightly different shapes, so one might fit you better than the other. If you ask people, some will say UPZ is superior, some will go for Deeluxe and some will prefer Head. UPZs typically...

I would make this topic independent of EC. The plates are designed for a single purpose: be the fastest between the gates on icy ruts. Undoubtedly, plates serve this purpose well. My quesstion would be: is it something we, mortal funcarvers are really looking for? Do we (mortal funcarvers) really wa...

1) A 175 cm long 17-18 cm wide carving machine with lots of pop and a progressive sidecut with a blended radius around 11m for crowded days for playing chicken, if you know what that means  2) A 185+ cm long 19-20 cm wide speed machine with a radius over 15m to go downhill with a speed that...

I have no issues with t-bars, especially because I tend to sit on it in different positions (between the legs, from left, from right, just sitting on it, etc) so that my thighs don't hurt after a day of riding. It's just that Luca asked what the resort was like and I made this comment as apparently ...

Luca, I agree. On pure ice the only solution is t-bars. But do you want me to start listing here other glaciers where they have chairlifts and cabins? Sure, they are built on rocks and concrete, but still, the ski slope is a glacier.... Without actually checking the maps, just by the top of my head,...

Kaprun / Kitzsteinhorn is a nice place, but there are only t-bars up on the glacier. The other small thing that could be easily corrected is that there is no bar around those t-bars.... you either have to go to the top with the panorama lift or you have to go one station down. One more thing that an...
