Salomon Malamute
I have a 10 yrs old pair of Salomon Malamute. Even though they are quite stiff, they were not designed to ride with high angles. Above 25 degrees and I would start feeling painful pressure points that makes carving less than ideal. That is my personal experience on a 10 yrs old pair so please take i...

The "problem" that I have is that when it go the slopes, I usually go with my family. Most of slopes I am going to have a bus shuttle service to go to/from the car so it is a real pain to go back and forth to the car to swap carving gear. So I bring my ski blades to ski with the kids and also my Swo...

Locking the board
Just curious what people use out there for locking their dear Swoard? Just run a locked cable through the bindings hoping that someone will not unscrew the bindings? I never had my board stolen but it is nice to know that you can leave it out there without constantly keeping an eye on it. Thanks bef...

Dual
Leucistic, As mentioned by other, the Dual is a great board for your needs. I own the Dual and can attest the board can do what you are looking for: riding powder and carving. I have tried the Dual in harboot (carving) and softboot (powder) and the board will meet your needs very well. In deeper pow...

Re: Technique question

I finally got to ride the Dual so here is my first impressions report. Short report Great mix of all-mountain/freestyle board with EC in mind. Longer Report Weather conditions were groomed snow + 3cm of fresh snow on top. Well, even though I had the Dual with me, I could not help myself to go out fi...

jambes
:lo...
