Simple.
In general angles for EC: Back foot as low angle as you can get with no overhang of a boot. Front foot a few degees more.

But after the modification what about forward flex? I think that the 3rd and 4th buckle will crush each other during a ride. You can actualy move 3rd and 4th buckle apart by turning both canting settlings on the boot to +2 . What you get is no canting (0deg) and more space between 3rd and 4th buckl...

The screws on the bottom are about M5-M6 size? Do you think it`s enough? I was sceptical about using "only" M4. But in the end, it is wery solid and compact.
