I received the Swoard 168M #0154 at the end of January 2004. Due to shoulder dislocation last December, I haven't been able to try EC with the board. However, I have ridden the Swoard "normally" about five times. :) I like the smaller stance angles, which are possible thanks to the width of the boar...

The exercises described in the guide are similar to those recommended by my physiotherapist, after dislocating my shoulder during snowboarding.

Hi, I am going to purchase DeeLuxe Indy (previously AF700, spring-load forward lean system) or Suzuka (AF600, 5 forward lean positions + relax mode, no spring) boots.
