hi there, i'm riding a hot board with a snowpro race binding. unfortunately, the plastic plate in the middle of the binding, the one that holds the "shoe size adjustment" screw broke. now, my boardshop applied a quick fix solution that i'm not too confident about, and i'm afraid the screw will loose...
