Test ride Asy vs Sym, Final conclusion
Hi! After a season of trying Asy vs Sym boards I will try to shortly write down my conclusion. Asy: Easier for alround carving espesially heelside carves. Asy boards initiate much easier. But when your technice is up to it it is as easy to EC with a sym board as with a Asy board. So after testing a ...

Hi I´ve been wondering about asym vs sym boards a long time. I've been riding sym boards for several years but just bought two asym boards to test them, where they better or worse? So last week I rode my F2 GTS 158 -2004 vs Nitro GT 156(asym)1998?  and a prototype 170 cm asym(10.5 m rad...

I´ve had almost exact the same problem (I reffered to it as wobbling board), on different boards. And the problem was that I didn´t put my weight enough forward. So I moved my bindings to the center, was 2 cm back from center. And I also adjusted my stance so that I now bend my frontleg more and my ...

Directional!
I lean forward toward the nose while doing EC heelcarving turns (or at least trying...) If I look at the EC videos I can also see that they use forward lean to prevent skidding. In my case I think its very hard to obtain a great EC heelside turn because of this. It feel like it would be much easier ...

Ordinary board vs assymetric
Hi! When carving om my heelside it feels like I have to lean forward as far as possible to keep my board from skidding(weight distr 60/40). and on toeside I weight my backleg a bit more weight 40/60. Teoretically I would absolutely lova a assymetric board. I´ve understnd that they don´t produce them...

FLAT
Hi
I just started riding flat with no cants or lift. I went down from 49 to 47 stance witdth (yeah I´m short) I also went from 60/60 degrees to 55/48. It feels actually very good even after just a couple of rides!

What do you know about Oxygen KR
Hi Nils! I wonder if you know more about this board. Radius? Is it a SL or GS board? Actually it is the nose of the board that becomes unstable in higher speeds and begins to wander around a bit. The problem is more pronunced at heelside turns. Feels like my weight is to far back on the board. I thi...

Yes its old
Yes the board(Oxygen Krypton 2) is a bit old, around 97 perhaps, but as good as new. I guess the board is a bit stiff for me. Most new board have a tail as wide as the nose or narrover than the nose. But my board has a wider tail than the nose(8 mm). How could this affect my boards performance? And ...

Old board question and wobbling board
Hi! I wonder if anyone know something about Oxygen Krypton 2. 170 cm. Is it good for Extremecarving? My weight is 64 kg and I have rather small feet. My second question: When carving in a moderat speed or above, the nose of the board seems unstable and wander around. Could it be the board? Or ...
