I dont have possibility to change to flat like I just said=). Just want to find best settings for 3 deg disks....

Yes, I will try it. I'm just not sure is it easyest way to find the best settings. I think that many people uses cant and lift because its comfortable but after somebody proofs that flat is better they change to flat even though it feels uncomfortable first.

I use 49cm stance. I know that these are personal things but many people seem to share opinion that in EC flat is best. I've also seen some details about disadvantages of cant and lift.
