Normally boards have inserts setup with 2-4cm setback. And bindings are setup symmetrically to inserts, not to real center.

Not sure if I understand you correctly but I think I’m riding the Silberpfeil’s default setback, which must be something like 3 cm.

Are you measuring setback from insert setup or from board sidecuts? I read somewhere that you should measure it from the widest part of the nose and the widest part of the tail.
