Shipping is scary overseas...
That, and I'd love to be able to rent one, for, say 20-40 euros/day.
Although I will be realistic....probably not a market for it here (just not enough hardbooters...)

I was living and working at Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada for the past 3 months, and at one point we had a guy come in with that machine (supposedly first one in NA) and do stuff for free. Me: First year alpine, 160 lbs. Board 1: Freestyle/ride K2 (green?): Soft board, ~162cm. Results: OMGGood Edge h...

hmm...well, I'd say... More carvers = more carvers. If I had ever seen hardbooters on the slopes (and really, I haven't) I would have made the decision to switch over much earlier, maybe 3 years earlier. As it is, I just naturally gravitated towards hardboots as I began carving more and harder with ...

Hm...from my experience (~5 years) virtually ALL softbootboards are unstable~ish/catch an edge easily on normal hard snow...Unless you're well into a slide/carve, you WILL catch an edge...going straight is something that requires decent skill.... Small sidecut...relative to your other _hardboot_ boa...

Yeah, I've already got good enough softboot equipment...Ride Serum/Salomon Classic boards, Link Bindings and Evolution Boots (Size 12). With softboots, I can actually put out credible carves (I'm at quite a high angle already...over 45 degrees...partially because of my big feet - to avoid lifting th...

Equipment list/Recommendations
Well, I've decided that I'll be spending four months (December -> March) in Banff (Alberta, Canada) snowboarding everyday. Because of this great amount of time in the mountains at Lake Louise and Sunshine Village (and maybe a bit of Nakiska too, since those three are all included on the pass I'm get...

Yeah, I'm using a far more ridiculous board right now. I'll be buying a Swoard either next season or the one after, depending on if I'm even going to be here next season (may be going to Thailand/Mexico/South America). I'm using a Ride Serum 157 8O ... 8.3 m sidecut....Freestyle....and here's the bi...
