What I found is that D goes up to 28.5 and E starts with 29.0

Can you confirm you have an D shell and 29.0 Mondo liner? That would be great news!

I found out that the boots are actually shell D with Mondo 28 liners and that they fit my 44.5 size perfectly...Happy now, as I can use them myself.
