Hi Hans
I think you had to pay normal VAT for EU or Holland. The 4% you had to pay are probably cause the parcel wasn't declared properly.
And the german customguys were the first EU administration that had to handle the custom and VAT taxes.
Is that possible?

Hi eos4life and ablazespy I think you definately have to pay taxes. Here in Switzerland (with z, not s :) ) we pay 7.6% VAT. That has to be added to the price.
