Re: Someone in Czech Republic at the moment?

Now for 28 years in Krknose, every year. It will be 25th time in Cerny Dul next year. Always around 3 or 4th week of january. That clearly explains your knowledge of Krkonose! I must say having your experience I will probably end up at Cerny Dul also. Looks like we can get some coffee and carving t...

Re: Someone in Czech Republic at the moment?

Even the middle slope had some fresh powdery snow. (however, there appeared some old ice blocks covered, thats why you see us falling down on one of the vids). ...yes but that applies only for first two runs until you get your ideal course... We got simmilar great conditions two weeks after in Suma...

Re: Someone in Czech Republic at the moment?

Enjoy! IT must have been one of the last days in Cerny dul, as IT is mostly closing at end of march. Janske is always a month longer due to the higher pistes. But Cerny is cheaper for tickets. Yes it was last weekend. To me snow conditions at Cerny Dul were "on the edge". There were some "browny sn...

Re: Koli Extreme Carving Event 15-17.3.2019

Yes they do sell Czechskipass in CZ. But for price 11000CZK (430EURO) with average daypass for 800CZK (31EURO) you need to be on the slopes more than 14 days. Well these 800CZK apply mostly for Krkonose. Other resorts are cheaper... In area I live prices are in average around 550CZK (22EUR). Compare...

Re: Someone in Czech Republic at the moment?

Great summary of "Krkonose" resorts getlem :bravo: I used your Cerny Dul tip for my last day of the season this Saturday. It was great to be alone on the chair lift and number of people on the slope was easilly counted by fingers on one hand of "Canadian woodsman" as we say ;) ...I live on the other...

Re: Conseil planche après pause de 20 ans

Ahoj Guillaume :bravo: It is similar to me except my action radius is positioned a bit more north (North Moravia). Not counting slope we have next to our town which became too boring for my kids (on skies) I can reach within one hour places in Beskydy (Severka, Kohutka) in two hours Jeseniky (Petrik...

Re: Conseil planche après pause de 20 ans

Bonjour Guillaume (Ahoj), I have similar story like you ;) For this year I bought EC gen5 and I like this board. I was riding it in Beskydy, Jeseniky, Sumava and even in Slovakia. All short, narrow slopes mostly "reddish". I was riding "plowed field" this Thursday in Slovakia and must say this board...

Plastic thread? thread is metal
Let's turn this sentence a bit:

"Thread has tendency to loose simply due to flexibility of the plastic."

Of course thread is metal, t-nut is metal, connecting two plastic sliders...

Re: Trouble with F2 race titanium binding - front is getting loose

Thank you fsou.

Because your parameters are totally diffent than mine this is then definitelly "design" issue. SImply due to flexibility of the plastic thread has tendency to loose.

Hope others will report this experiences with their F2 binging as well.

Re: Trouble with F2 race titanium binding - front is getting loose

Same bindings and same problem here. I need to tighten them at each day of riding. Sounds like a design defect. It would be nice to find out whether there is similarity in our configurations as I think not all the guys are having this problem. Otherwise there will be more complaints in the forum. I...

Re: Trouble with F2 race titanium binding - front is getting loose

I assume your bindings are not new ones. You could mark on both screws position with marker when you start riding and then look after it to see if they have turned/loosened. That way you see if screw really opens. Yes they are not new. I have them couple of years. But I didn't ride them that much a...

Re: Trouble with F2 race titanium binding - front is getting loose

Buy a pair of Phiko Highlander, Pro Ride or a pair of Swoard Redline Thank you for advice, I have been looking for them in this forum. I was thinking about Redline. But for now I have to stick to F2. I have recently bought new EC gen5. So my budget is empty for this year  Which screws/nuts is...
