Bought in 2010, used for 1.5 seasons. Then lost some weight and switched to a softer flex.
Was properly stored all the time, waxed and all.

Yep, that was exactly it.

The positive outcome of this is that I'm back on my ExtremeCarver board! After all, powder is not a very common guest around here, so I guess I won't suffer a lot.

Sorry for starting the thread and disappearing. The board was patched up very nicely with some epoxy.

But I guess, it wasn't my luckiest board, see the pic below. Only lasted a month.

Was knocked down today by a boarder going too fast in a straight line.

Here's a couple of pics of what my Dual's nose looks like, post-crash. I wonder if there's anything clever I can do with it to fix it up a bit, other than patching it up with some glue/epoxy?
