Thx for the advice !

In order to maintain the same feet distance as on my previous board, I have to move : - my front foot backwards,
- or my back foot forwards.

What is suggested, is one of the both choices better or advised ?

Are there any specific rules that need to be followed when you mount the plates on your board ; I mean how much strength (momentum) can or may be applied on the screws ? Is there any chance of turning the screws too hard so it gets dangerous to break ? Do you need a specific momentum tool to install...
