Flow binding modle for pow board?
I'm looking to replace my worn out Völkl Fastec rear entry alu bindings (same as SP bindings) on my Jones Stormchaser. In general I've been happy but had some issues with iceing in the locking mechanism opposite side from the ancle ratchet. Due to that I now consider switching to Flow since the new ...

I agree Harald. Softer is better for EC. I will use my Dalbellos for boarding only because it makes it possible for me to go back to skis without changing boots when I'm at work. It's to hard to control a toboggan on an alpineboard.. I can use my Blax in ski-bindings to, but they have dangerously lo...

Ski boots? Yes. But the model have been used by race-boarders. I use them because I'm a Patroler. I like the very progressive flex, and that it's so easy to change flex from 140, for GS racing, to 100 for skied up slopes and really cold days. Do anyone know if they can be softened even further unde...

I had deluxe indy which seems to be a stiffer deluxe boots avaliable in the last years. In my view it`s not bad if your boot have no side flex . More than that - i have springs only on rear boot, my modest extremecarving experience did not let me feel the difference between "more" and "less" front ...

"It's Dumping in Colorado" along to http://www.bomberonline.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=21086 : If you thought the season was over, think again. Colorado just got a foot of snow and two mountains are still open with a record base. Loveland closes on Sunday and we are planning a little shindig. If...

Gunnar, If you consider a wider board, why not a Swoard? I think the 168 H will be perfect for you and for EC and general carving Swoard is performing better than the alternatives you mention. I would love a zwoard! But, the family also need a new car... So the price of the Duret (1/3rd on the web)...

Could you take a picture of the upper slopes of Hemsedal and post it on the forum just to make the other envious of the excellent conditions there these days? Please, show some mercy and don't do that. These times are hard without any mental torturing  Whats the point in pictures, when they w...

Duret Alpine
I`m 95 kg, had a 172 silber, now i`ve ride Duret Alpine 175 which is also not a perfect board :-) but economically more attractive. What do you dislike aboute your Duret? Is the flex to soft for your weight? I'm 78kg and are considering the wider models 169 (12.8m ) or the 176. (13.6m) I would apri...

Stop weineing! When the lifts are closing, its high time to start walking. It's hard to find a better way to get in shape for the beach season then hikeing up to new untracked runs on a splitboard or snowshoes. The spring winter is the best time for touring. Long days, mostly sun and stable/ predict...
